4 Peaks Challenge
What? Climb the highest peak in each province in one weekend to raise awareness and much needed funds for SERVE's development projects.
Where? Across the four provinces of Ireland; Carrauntoohil, Co. Kerry, Mwellrea, Co. Mayo, Slieve Dionard, Co. Down and Lugnaquilla, Co. Wicklow.
When? The event will take place over the weekend of June 15th to 17th, 2012.
Who? Teams of five (four climbers and one driver).
Registration fee: €100/£80 per person. Accommodation is provided for the teams for the 3 nights.
Fundraising target: The fundraising target for individuals is €750/£650 or €3000/£2500 per team.
Difficulty level: This event is for people who are used to a bit of walking and hiking but there will be first aid personnel and trained walkers on hand all weekend.
Deadline for registration: February 27th, 2012.
