The 2011 TeamMizen 2 Malin
What? Cycle 600k from one end of Ireland to the other to raise awareness and much needed funds for SERVE's development projects.
Where? From Mizen Head in Cork, all the way to Malin Head in Donegal, stopping in towns and villages along the way.
When? The event will take place over the week of May 20th to 26th 2012.
Who? Twelve cyclists and four crew members.
Registration Fee: €100/£80
Fundraising target: The fundraising target for each individual cyclist is €1500/£1300.
Difficulty level: Covering around 60k per day, the pace is steady but achievable. You don’t have to be a pro cyclist to do this, as long as you have a reasonable level of fitness and a bike you will do well!
Deadline for registration: February 13th, 2012.
